AVON TYRES CATERHAM SUPERSPORT CHAMPIONSHIP

The ultimate evolution of the Academy car, Supersport gives drivers that started in the Academy series an incredible fourth year of progression!

Similar in specification to the Tracksport, with no windscreen or headlights, plus it’s more track focused suspension; the Supersport goes a stage further by adding an additional element of driver control by way of a limited slip differential. To exploit this to its fullest extent, the Supersport engine receives uprated cams and a special cold air intake system, boosting output to 140bhp.

As with Tracksport, team support is allowed, providing many drivers with the 'arrive’n’drive' convenience they require to enable them to keep racing. Alternatively, many drivers continue to take up the low-cost central support option offered by Caterham to help get them out of trouble should the time come!

Supersport is Caterham’s fastest growing championship.
