EVENT SERVICES & MANAGEMENT

In addition to organising our own club championships & race meetings, the BRSCC is frequently contracted by major companies & circuits to run specific motorsport events & projects.

The BRSCC has accumulated a wealth of experience in running efficient cost-effective race meetings and this expertise is much in demand by organisations planning one-off celebratory events or an annual series of races.

Our wide-ranging event management role includes handling all the necessary administration with the MSA, arranging all the ancillary services that are required at a motorsport event, e.g., timekeepers, medical & rescue staff, race officials, marshals, course vehicles, and liaising with competitors & teams.

Over the last few seasons, the BRSCC has been responsible for organising the UK round of the FIA GT1 World Championship, the British F3/GT package, the Britcar Silverstone 24 hour race and the UK round of LMS at Silverstone.

MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS

The BRSCC can offer a comprehensive package of marketing opportunities, specifically tailored to the client's brief, to assist the client to communicate with the niche audience of the motorsport competitor, utilising a combination of print, venue and social media.

HOSPITALITY PROGRAMMES

The BRSCC has two adjacent hospitality suites at Brands Hatch which are available for rental on a meeting-by-meeting basis.

The suites are fully equipped and offer excellent views of the spectacular Indy circuit so you won't miss any of the on-track action. Each suite is equipped with a 42" plasma TV that has a feed into the official timing system and access to terrestrial & satellite channels. The plasmas also offer full connectivity so they can be hooked-up to a laptop for sponsor presentations or to a gaming console if you want to have your own race round Brands Hatch!
