TOM ROCHE CONFIRMED FOR BRSCC MAZDA MX5 CHAMPIONSHIP
Blendini Motorsport boss Tom Roche has confirmed that the Cardiff based team will be entering the 2013 BRSCC Mazda MX5 Championship.
In addition to winning the 2012 Ma5da MX5 Championship, Roche prepared and ran cars for ten other drivers in the championship last season. His 2012 title triumph was his third, adding to the previous titles he collected in 2009 and 2011.
“The BRSCC have put together a very attractive calendar for their MX5 Championship that ties in well with other projects that Blendini are working on in 2013. We have several customers who are very interested in running with us in the championship and I hope to be out on the track myself as and when my other commitments allow” explained Roche.
BRSCC Competitions Director, Drew Furlong, said, “We are delighted to have someone of Tom’s calibre on-board for 2013. He runs a very professional operation at Blendini and I’m sure all his drivers will be very competitive”.
The BRSCC Mazda MX5 Championship will consist of nineteen races, over eight meetings, and will commence at Rockingham on 6/7thApril.
