* LMA EURO SALOONS E28093 A FIGHT TO THE FINISH!
The LMA Euro Saloon Car Championship is one of several
championships looking forward to a double header at Anglesey this
weekend and the race for the title is very much alive. For most of
the season it looked like a two horse race between John Hammersley
in the ex-John Cleland Vauxhall Cavalier Super Tourer and Stuart
JefcoateE28099s production spec Porsche 911. However, at the
Cadwell double-header everything turned on its head. HammersleyE28099s
clutch failed while Jefcoate was unable to attend. Jason Holmes (Rover
Tomcat) took full advantage with a pair of wins to move into a 10
point lead.
After this weekends double header there are just three rounds left
so the points won & lost at Anglesey will go a long way to deciding
the destination of the championship which is supported by Practical
Performance Car, Mark Fish Motorsport & Alpha Composites. For more
information check out the championships own website
